These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between SEN.CO UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Paradiesgasse 53, 60594 Frankfurt am Main (hereinafter "Provider"), and its customers (hereinafter "Customer") in the version valid at the time of contract conclusion.
The Provider offers the creation of social media content, podcasts, and meditations (hereinafter "Services"). The exact content and scope of services are defined in the respective offer.
A contract is concluded as soon as the Customer confirms the Provider's offer in writing or uses the commissioned service.
Billing occurs in two steps:
Usage rights transfer to the Customer after full payment.
The delivery time is typically 1 to 2 weeks from commissioning and manuscript creation, unless a different agreement has been made.
Since the created content consists of customized, individually produced services, there is no right of withdrawal. Cancellation is possible until manuscript creation; thereafter, cancellation costs of 50% of the agreed contract value apply.
The Provider is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In these cases, liability is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage.
The transferred usage rights to the created content pass to the Customer only after full payment of the agreed fee.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
